Haryana Staff Selection Commission has issued 5600 vacancies for the post of Police Constable out of which 4000 posts are for Boy Constable (General Duty), 600 posts are for female Constable (General Duty), and 1000 are for Boy Constable (Indian Reserve Battalions). Only those candidates who have passed the common eligibility test (CET) of Group C can apply. Candidates who have not given (CET) cannot apply for this post. Applicant candidates must have passed 12th standard. Applying candidates must have either Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in 10th class. Candidates between 18 to 25 years of age can apply. Candidates applying for SC, BC, and EWS will get relaxation up to 5 years. And in case of ex-army will get exemption up to 4 years.

Haryana Police Constable Eligibility Criteria 2024
- Candidates must have passed 12th standard.
- The candidate must have passed Hindi and Sanskrit subjects in 10th class.
- If the applicant has done graduation course or post graduation course then no extra marks will be given to the candidates.
- CET qualified candidates can apply also.
- Applicant will be selected through written test if they pass PMT test and PST test.
- Applicant’s age should be 18 to 25 years.
Haryana Police Constable Exam Pattern 2024
PST: Boys have to run 2.5 km in 12 minutes. In case of female candidates, 1 kilometer should be run in 6 minutes. And in case of ex- service man has to run one kilometer in 5 minutes.
PMT: Through PMT, height and physical measurements will be checked.
Written Exam: The written exam will be within 94.5%. Applicant candidates will get additional 1 to 3 marks more if they have done NCC. Candidates should get at least 50% marks in written examination. Haryana Police Constable written examination of the applied candidates will be through OMR Based MCQ. The exam will be on general studies, general science, current affairs, general reasoning, appitude, agriculture, animal husbandry, English, Hindi and computer among the syllabus.
