Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has announced the online application for UPJEE Polytechnic 2024. For admission to government aided/private polytechnic institutes after class 10/12, candidates must take the JEECUP test. Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnic (UPJEE-P), is a state-level entrance exam for admission to prestigious colleges in Uttar Pradesh. Applicants must fill the application form of UPJEE 2024 through online mode only. For this, they have to go to the website https://jeecup.admissions.nic.in and submit the form before the last date.
UPJEE Polytechnic 2024
The online application for the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnic (UPJEE-P) has already begun. Applicants will be able to fill the online application form from 8 January 2024. The deadline for applications is February 29, 2024. The JEECUP 2024 test will be held from March 16 to March 22, 2024. All the candidates are required to appear in the online computer based test. The UPJEE results 2024 will be announced on April 6, 2024. Applicants will then be invited to participate in online counseling, which will begin on May 25, 2024.

JEECUP 2024 Registration
- Go to the official website of UPJEE Polytechnic or visit https://jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
- Then click on “Online Application Form Submission for JEECUP-2024.”
- On the login page, click on “Fresh Candidate Registration.”
- Read all the instructions and then click on “I Agree.”
- Enter personal details such as name, father/mother’s name, date of birth, Aadhaar number etc. in the registration form.
- Provide contact details such as mobile number and email ID, then set a new password.
- Enter the captcha that appears, click on the submit button.
- Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number/email and click on Verify and Final Submit button.
Steps to Login and Fill JEECUP Application Form
- Go to the official website and then click on JEECUP 2024 Application Form.
- Enter Application Number, Password and Security Pin then click on Sign In button.
- Once the dashboard opens, click on Application Form.
- Select State of Eligibility, Category, Sub-Category, Place of Residence, and Minority (yes/no) then click on Save and Next button.
- Go to Apply for section, select Group A, Group B to K, Group E1/E2 then click on Save and Next button.
- Provide 10th class qualification details like Passing status, Passing year, Roll/registration number, Board, Course, Obtained marks, Percentage of marks, etc. then click on save and next button.
- Provide contact details like Premises number/village name, sub-locality, Town/city/post office, etc., then save it.
- Provide Exam Center Details and Click on Save & Next Button (Select Minimum 4 Exam Cities)
- Upload the photograph and signature, then click the submit and preview button.
- Click on Pay Registration Fee and pay the application fee.
- Go to Proceed to Payment and pay the application fee as per the instructions in the notification.
Eligibility for UPJEE Polytechnic 2024
Eligibility for UPJEE Polytechnic 2024 varies according to group. Candidates check the eligibility according to the group they are applying for, which is as follows:
Group A
- Courses: Diploma in Engineering and Technology Diploma
- Duration: 3 years
- Eligibility: High School Pass with minimum 35% marks.
Group B
- Courses: Agriculture Engineering
- Duration: 3 years
- Eligibility: Minimum 35% in High School pass also must have Agriculture subject/ 10+2 pass with Agriculture subject
Group C
- Courses: a) Fashion Designing, Garments Technology, Textile Design; b) Home Science
- Duration: 3 years for a) and 2 years for b)
- Eligibility: High School Pass with minimum 35% marks.
Group D
- Courses: a) Modern Officer Management and Secretarial Service; b) Library and Information Science

- Eligibility: 10+2 (Intermediate)
Group E
- Courses: Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharma)

- Eligibility: 10+2 Pass with minimum 35% marks.
Group I
- Courses: Diploma in Aircraft, Maintenance Engineering and Avionics
- Duration: 3 years
- Eligibility: 10+2 Science passed, also 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Math subjects.
Group K
- Courses: Diploma in Engineering through Lateral entry in 2nd years
- Duration: 3 years
- Eligibility: 10+2 Science passed or 10+2 Passed with business streams/ITI
Application Fee for JEECUP 2024
- Applicants can pay the application fee through online mode only.
- Candidates will be charged a fee for a single group, if one selects multiple groups, it will be charged per group.
